Remodelbuddy Terms of Service

Service purpose
Remodelbuddy provides project planning, collaboration, marketplace, estimate, design, document, invoice, and payment tools. It does not replace licensed architectural, engineering, legal, financial, code, insurance, or construction advice.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for information they submit, professional and contractor selection, contracts, project decisions, permits, inspections, safety, legal compliance, and independently verifying estimates, reviews, qualifications, and project information.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown before purchase and remain subject to the payment provider’s cancellation and refund rules. Physical-product and project-service payments are separate from digital app subscriptions. Fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fulfillment, and cancellations may be governed by additional transaction terms.
Acceptable use and content
Users must not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, misuse AI features, or use project communications to threaten, defraud, or harass others.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. AI outputs and preliminary estimates may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remodelbuddy does not guarantee project outcomes, contractor conduct, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of third-party information.
Intellectual property
Remodelbuddy software, branding, original interface content, and workflows are protected by intellectual-property laws. Users retain rights in their submitted content while granting the limited rights needed to operate the service.
This release-readiness version requires attorney review before commercial launch.
